Website Privacy Policy
MEDCARE™
Last Revised: July 1, 2026 (“Effective Date”)
MedCare provides access to preventive telehealth, wellness, and related care-support services through digital tools, communications, and coordinated service workflows. We help users request information, schedule or coordinate services, communicate with support teams, and access services where available.
This Website Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how MedCare (“MedCare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information from users of our website, digital tools, contact forms, phone communications, text messages, email communications, and other online or offline interactions that link to or reference this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to the collection, use, or disclosure of Protected Health Information or other clinical information where that information is governed by HIPAA, an applicable healthcare privacy notice, patient consent, authorization, or other legal requirement. Where a separate privacy notice or legal requirement applies to Protected Health Information or clinical information, that notice or requirement will control with respect to that information.
Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Services or providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through or in connection with the Services.

This Policy is intended to apply broadly as MedCare expands its Site, communications, service areas, and related operations. If we introduce new website features, forms, tools, portals, or services, this Policy will apply to information collected through those features unless a separate privacy notice is provided.
2. HIPAA and Health Information
Certain information collected, used, or disclosed in connection with healthcare services may be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended from time to time (“HIPAA”), state health privacy laws, or other healthcare privacy requirements.
This Policy is a website privacy policy. It is not intended to serve as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Where HIPAA or another healthcare privacy law applies, information may be handled in accordance with applicable privacy notices, consents, authorizations, agreements, and legal requirements.
If there is a conflict between this Policy and a separate privacy notice or legal requirement that applies to protected health information or clinical information, the applicable privacy notice or legal requirement will control with respect to that information.

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar technologies, to understand Site usage and improve the Site. These tools may collect information about your device, browser, Site activity, referring pages, and interactions with the Site.
7. SMS, Email, and Telephone Communications
If you provide a telephone number or email address, we may use that information to contact you regarding your request, scheduling, appointment reminders, requested call-backs, request-status updates, and related operational communications.
We may collect and maintain records related to these communications, including call logs, email records, SMS records, delivery information, communication preferences, opt-in records, opt-out records, and related operational information.
Text messages, email, and phone communications may not be fully secure. Please do not use these methods for emergencies or to submit unnecessary sensitive information. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to requests, support scheduling and related workflows, maintain communication records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and support business operations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable law, contractual requirements, operational needs, and whether the information is subject to healthcare privacy, recordkeeping, audit, or compliance requirements.
We may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information where permitted by law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party website, platform, tool, form, portal, resource, vendor, payor, professional entity, licensed healthcare professional, or other third party. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
