Cancellation, Shipping, and Return Policies

Cancellations

 

Any order placed can be cancelled before the order is confirmed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at 1-877-777-1111 from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time.

 

If you provided your email address at the time of placing your order, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have received an order confirmation email. This is because we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment as soon as we receive your order.

 

If you have not provided your email address at the time of placing your order, you may be able to cancel your order by contacting our customer support team within 1 hour of placing your order. 

 

If the order is placed outside business hours (evenings or weekends) please fill out the contact form on our website.

 

To cancel monthly shipments, please contact our customer support team at 1-877-777-1111 from Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time. Please note: If this month’s order is already confirmed or you have received an order confirmation email, we are not able to cancel your current order.

 

 

Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Free shipping & handling on U.S. orders
  • Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days 
  • We can ship to PO Boxes
  • If you provided your email address at the time of placing your order, your shipping confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your tracking link to update
  • We currently cannot ship to Arizona, Oregon and Washington

 

 

We unfortunately have no control over shipment once a package departs Medcare. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control, (e.g. address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are also not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

Once orders are processed, all orders are final.

You can cancel your order in its entirety only at any time before the order is confirmed.
